Judge Staci Williams Bio
Judge Staci Williams is a two-term Judge of the 101st District Court in Dallas County, Texas. She was elected in 2014 and on January 2, 2015, initially sworn into office, and was re-elected in November 2018 and 2022. The 101st District Court handles primarily commercial, personal injury, medical malpractice, real estate, oil and gas, and consumer disputes. Judge Williams ensures that the 101st District Court is the “Court of Choice” for all parties, attorneys, and citizens. She is dedicated to improving the judicial process with fairness and efficiency.

Meet Idris: A Champion for Justice
Born and raised in Dallas, Idris has deep roots in our community and a lifelong commitment to serving others. His background reflects a steadfast dedication to the people of Dallas County, shaped by years of active involvement and leadership.
From obtaining an Undergraduate Degree from prestigious Cornell University, where he became a member of the Alpha Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Inc., to receiving his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law, Idris has dedicated his life to being an example of what one can achieve with dedication, resilience, and hard work.
Idris brings extensive legal experience as a former trial prosecutor, having handled a wide range of complex cases in the pursuit of justice. He has led and assisted with over 100 criminal trials including Murders, Child Abuse, Aggravated Robbery, and Drug Possession cases. His reputation for thorough preparation, sound judgement, and ethical practice has earned respect from peers and community members alike.

Hon. Andrea Martin, Presiding
Andrea Martin is a 1996 Graduate from Our Lady of the Lake University with a Bachelor's Degree in English and a Minor in Political Science. She attended Texas Wesleyan University School of Law and graduated with honors in 2000. While at Texas Wesleyan, Andrea Martin was inducted into the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society.
After law school, Andrea Martin took a position with the Dallas County District Attorney's Office and begin prosecuting criminal cases. Later, Andrea Martin moved to the Juvenile court and began representing Child Protective Services in child abuse and neglect cases.
In 2003, Andrea Martin left the District Attorney's Office and began her own private practice in Dallas, Texas.
